Paris

Good Americans, when they die, go to Paris.

Thomas Gold Appleton
Can I say that I am good?
We are a mixed bunch, Americans
At our best when
stepping forward to embrace they
who have no home, willing to die
defend, speak, go
where others fear, and even to
dream of springtime in Paris
